What is Yoga?

Yoga is a 5,000 year old practice that improves strength, flexibility, and balance. In this course, students will learn more than 100 yoga poses and will practice them in a fluid, vinyasa style class which builds heat and strength in the body. Students will also learn about yoga’s health benefits, history, and philosophy. This year long course may be repeated for either PE or elective credit. Please email Mr. MacDonald or Mr. LeVier for more information.
