Yearly Physicals will be held during the month of June by Ross Medical Associates which opened a new branch in San Juan Capistrano at 32312 Camino Capistrano. Physicals at this location will be FREE of charge. It is required that a parent be present at the time of the physical. They accept walk-ins but would prefer that you call to make an appointment. Their phone number is 949-489-9112. Every athlete is required to have a physical examination once a year and show proof of insurance to participate in athletics. You can also choose to have a physical done by your own doctor. Click here for the Athletic Physical Clearance Packet, please review it carefully as it requires a number of signatures for completion. You should also download the Request for Administration of Medication form if your child takes medication.  The Athletic Physical Clearance Packet is required to participate in our 2010 Summer Camps. Please send them with your child or in the mail to:
