Our yearbook team photo and individual photos will be taken by MVP-Most Valuable Photographers this Wednesday - January 18 @ 5:30pm at the Tesoro Pool  before our regular practice begins.   those interested in ordering photos, please click this link  then print the order form and turn it in with payment enclosed to the photographer on Wednesday.

The Girls water polo racked up their first Varsity victory in SJH history this past weekend  during the Falcon Tournament  against  La Quinta High School of Garden Grove with a final score of  12 - 5.  They went on to earn a second victory that same day against Magnolia High in a close scoring game that ending with final score of 9-8.

The Santa Ana Valley tournament continues this evening at Garden Grove High School with a 5:30pm game time. Come on out to cheer our Lady Stallions water polo team as they battle their 4th game of the series against Saddleback High School.

The Lady Stallions will board the bus @ 2:30pm and travel to Garden Grove High School on Monday-November 28th for the Santa Ana Valley Tournament.  Game one begins at 4:40pm with an additional game scheduled to begin at 7:10pm.  Come out and support our team - Go Stallions!

The Girls water polo season starts next week - Monday (11/14/11). We will be practicing in the (80 degree) warm water at Tesoro High School pool  from 5:30 - 7:30pm Monday through Fridays with an occasional Friday off.  It might be convenient to make carpool arrangements with other team members.  Game schedules will be handed out on Monday. We will have bus transporation available for most games this year. 

Team players need to bring to practice each day:

• one piece swim suit
• swim cap
• goggles
• towel
• water bottle

Girls who like swimming and might be interested in learning more about water polo should also come out and meet us at the pool!

Again this year SJHHS athletes are offering fabulously fresh Noble and Douglas Fir Christmas trees at great prices.  These trees are freshly cut, then directly trucked to us within a few days.  We will be taking prepaid orders which must be received by November 16th.  Tree delivery or pickup is on Saturday-Dec. 3rd from 8am until 2pm.  This is a great opportunity for Girls Water Polo Program to make some extra funds and everyone benefits with a beautiful Christmas tree.  There are also opportunities to donate trees to Camp Pendelton Marine Families.
